Hi guys.

I'm relatively new to modeling (about 3 months now),
been mostly doing models of allies and nemesis of mine on a distant battlefield of a netherlife that still haunts my dreams.

Grievous4_MLZ is not a perfect model (far from it), although I have acomplished my original mission,
make a more fun version of the mechanized warrior than the one in Battlefront2 (Sorry, it just didn't do it for me).

Grievous4_MLZ uses special saber models, but don't worry, they're included in the .PK3.
I disabled the "saber throw" in the npc. The "thrown" saber is the one selected in the Single player menu and it looked bad.
But if the model's a hit, I'm sure someone will make a single player version of it.
Never pictured General Grievous as much of a force user anyway...
I did leave some choke, rage, lightning and other force powers in the mix.

Now the most important part of this foreword. Just wanted to salute and pay hommage to Neo Marz Marshall.
As far as I'm concerned, he's DA MAN, and should be recognized as the "Darth Plagos The Wise" of this community.
Simply legendary, he has mastered more than we will ever hear about. Many thanks for the quality models...
They've been the basis for most of the quality work I've seen.

So it's no secret that I have made Grievous4_MLZ based on Neo Marz Marshall's Grievous VM model.
I give him all the credit.

Asides from spliting Grievous' arms, I gave him a heavier slouch... That's what makes Grievous so awesome to me...
His infliction as a lunger prevents him from finding it natural to hold his body straight, even now that's its mechanical.
Now that's mental trauma... The perfect thing to make a worthy dark warrior.
And I reworked the face a bit... But that's all personal tastes.

If you go through the model and edit it, you'll find I didn't give any importance to caps...
After all when the player or npc loses a part, it's dead anyway. So I skipped that.

I like the end result, Grievous4_MLZ is a towering and imposing model to face... even if he's an ally.
Spawn a stormtrooper to stand next to him and you'll know what I mean.
He looks down upon his foes like unworthy scum...

I gave a slight angle to the secondary blades, the result, a more effective defense shield and more lethal swinging span.

What I find especially cool, is to perform the following :

while standing still = forward + crouch + attack (left click)

Grievous will simply slice and dice any opponent standing in front of him.
Once he starts his lethal onslaught you can even start walking towards the enemy.

It's perfect for when the enemy gangs up on you... Like those filthy sandpeople...

Well, it's not much, but hope you guys enjoy.

MLZ
